Consulting Sessions (Virtual Assessments):

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for virtual consulting sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If you attend your session, the consultation fee is non-refundable, but you will receive a Material Credit code to apply toward physical products.

 

Physical Materials & Products:

We accept returns for damaged or defective physical materials within 14 days of delivery. Due to the specialized nature of acoustic panels and building materials, we do not accept "change of mind" returns once an order has been dispatched. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@archmfrancis.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
